Yes! We allow 2 pets maximum per apartment, with no breed or weight restrictions. We also have a pet spa on site, too!

An outdoor ramp would be $100/month. Our car matrix (automated car stacker) is $150/month. Garage parking (heated & reserved) is $180/month. And yes, we have EV parking! $210/month within the garage (unlimited charging available).

Electric: Personal usage! Typical costs range anywhere from $30-100/month and accounts are set up directly through Xcel Energy.
Internet:  Choose between fiber internet options from Quantum Fiber, Xfinity or Verizon Home Internet. Options start at $45/month, and the router & modem are both pre-installed in all apartments.
Trash: Billed back to you based on overall usage, roughly $10-20 per person.
Water/Waste: This will fluctuate between $15-$25/month per person.
Gas: In select apartments, set up direct through Xcel. Roughly $15-$20/month

Utility Billing Fee: An $8/month utility billing fee is applied to all apartments. There are no set up or termination charges.

Trash, Water/Waste & Gas are set up through a RUBS system through UMS and billed based on occupancy and usage.

Here at The Pitch, we have a variety of parking options available to residents.

There is a one-time $300 upfront pet fee, due at move in. There is pet rent, as well - $50 for dogs and $35 for cats, per pet. We are proud to be pet-friendly in all of our apartments! We allow two pets total per apartment, and PetScreening is required prior to move in for all animals.

We do not have any weight or breed restrictions for dogs!

To secure your new home, a $60 Application Fee and a $150 Administrative Fee are required. After signing your lease, a $500 Security Deposit will be due for fully approved applicants (but can range up to 1 month as a deposit, for conditionally approved applicants).

The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. The Application and Administrative Fees are non-refundable.
