Residents also have access to common-area Wi-Fi, EV charging, and convenient connections to the A Line and Green Line nearby.
Each home is thoughtfully designed to pair with spaces that feel both functional and inviting. Tile backsplashes add a polished touch to the kitchen, with islands available in select homes, while Comcast or CenturyLink compatibility keeps staying connected simple. Select apartments also offer stadium views for an added sense of place.
Cats and dogs are more than welcome at The Pitch. Bring up to two pets, with no breed or weight restrictions, plus an onsite pet spa to keep muddy paws, shedding seasons, and post-adventure cleanups out of your apartment. The Pitch
Pet rent is $50/month per dog or $35/month per cat, plus a $300 one-time, non-refundable pet fee. There’s no pet deposit. All residents complete PetScreening as part of the application process, whether you have a pet, no pet, or an assistance or support animal.
